Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Eliocraft, including the game, multiplayer server, website, Player ID account services, community server listings, and store. By creating an account or using Eliocraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your email address current, and be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Eliocraft to break the law, harm other players, interfere with the service, circumvent security or moderation systems, distribute malware, or impersonate another person. Do not abuse bugs or vulnerabilities; report them to the site operator instead.
3. Community content and servers
You are responsible for content you submit and for servers you register. You grant Eliocraft permission to host, display, and promote that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content or delist a server that violates these terms or creates a risk for players or the service.
4. Store purchases
Store items and upgrades are licensed for use with your Eliocraft account; they are not a transfer of ownership of the underlying software or artwork. Prices and item availability may change. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout and may be subject to that provider's terms. Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once a digital item has been delivered.
5. Moderation and account actions
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account, server, or feature when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect players and the service. We may also preserve or disclose information when required by law.
6. Availability and disclaimers
Eliocraft is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, Eliocraft is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Eliocraft after an update means you accept the revised terms.
